FIRST Tax Legal Assistance Foundation
The FIRST Tax legal assistance Foundation is founded by students in september 2012 tax law and tax economy. The FIRST Tax legal assistance Foundation is the successor to the Tax Foundation legal aid Limburg. The Foundation is concerned with free advice on tax matters. Our Foundation is active in two locations: Roermond and Maastricht. Each location has its own target audience.
In Roermond, we help only people with an income below the income limit (+/-€ 33.000,-). Our activities consist primarily of completing tax returns for income. In addition, we are preparing appeals and appeals against tax assessments, filling out an application for remission and other related work.
Every Wednesday his clients by appointment in one of our offices in Roermond. The client is within a time frame of about minutes helped by two of our employees. Some people come to the Office hour for letting filling out their returns, but also want to like to have a chat or other legal problems with you discuss.
In Maastricht we help (International) students to fill in their tax returns. Also, we are also preparing appeals and appeals against tax assessments, filling out an application for remission and other related work.
